CODE OF CONDUCT FOR VENDOR SELECTION
We take great pride in ensuring that all of our operations are based on honesty, transparency, integrity, and fair play. Our goal is to fully adhere to the principles outlined in our Buyers’ Code of Conduct. We will only partner with factories that have been approved by our buyers. Additionally, we clearly communicate our expectations through our Zero Tolerance Policy, which forms a key part of our sourcing guidelines when selecting factories as business partners.
We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Vendor (ZTV) Policy on the following issues:
- Child labor
- Any form of forced labor, whether overt or covert
- Discrimination in any form
- Harassment and abuse
- Unauthorized subcontracting, including Tier 2 operations, regardless of brand
- Denial of access to records, workers, interviews, or any action that obstructs the social compliance audit process
- Shared buildings, unless approved by the Head of Compliance (including factories owned by different owners in the same building, or factories in buildings intended for residential or commercial purposes)
- Health and environmental safety risks
- Building structural integrity and fire safety standards
- Any unethical practices
- These guidelines reflect our commitment to ethical and responsible business conduct.
